By submitting this application, you agree to adhere to the following:

Brick & Mortar Only: I have a verifiable physical retail storefront and can provide a photo of the location, as well as a copy of my state sales tax ID. If your store is not open yet, you must still provide a photo of your location to be considered.

Online Only: I have an established, running website with adequate inventory and social media accounts. I can provide links for all, as well as a copy of my state sales tax ID. If I choose to operate under a Facebook Private Group I will keep a minimum of two Erimish staff in the group at all times to verify rules are being upheld.

I will notify Erimish of all DBA's, websites, physical locations & shipping addresses. I will update Erimish of any updates or changes to my account promptly for possible re-evaluation. If Erimish is not notified of updates/changes to your business operation there is a possibility you could be deactivated.

I will not sell on Marketplace Websites including, but not limited to: Etsy.com, Swap and Shop, etc.

I will not sell or trade on Classified Ads Websites including, but not limited to: Craigslist.org, eBay Classifieds, Pawngo.com.

I will not sell on Online Auction Websites including, but not limited to: eBay.com, eBid.com, iOffer.com.

I will not sell Erimish products to another reseller.

I understand that Erimish is the sole source of Erimish goods.

I will use Erimish display pieces for Erimish jewelry only. I will not use display pieces given to me by Erimish, to display other lines of jewelry or product.

I understand that my application will be reviewed based on location, area saturation & brand alignment.

I understand I will receive a response from Erimish within 3-5 business days. Please ensure applications@erimish.com is in your contact list so you will not miss any correspondence from us. After your application is submitted and you have any questions, please correspond with this email address.

I understand I must follow the MSRP range set by Erimish. With every single shipment you will receive that info included on the bag. If the MSRP range is not followed, you understand that you will be jeopardize your status as an Erimish retail partner.

You must submit an order every 90 days to maintain your status as an Erimish retailer. If you do not maintain this cycle, it is possible you could be removed as a retailer to allow a new retail partner in your area.
